Electronics shop Repair
All repair labor prices are fixeed to the maximum labor rate. PCS charges an hourly rate of €100.00 not to exceed the maximum labor rate. If your unit requires less time to repair, the repair labor will be charged accordingly. Please ask for a short quote befor you ship the unit. You do need also a RMA before sending the goods.

Technical Support
For systems that the PC is on the internet, PCS provides interactive web based technical support at €40.00 per 15-minute time unit. Support includes troubleshooting problems to the component level and training on system operation. If a component is sent to PCS for repair, the first unit of technical support is applied to the repair price.
